FAQ's

What are your hours?
Our hours of operation can change depending on the event. Please visit our event page and follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most up-to-date information.

We are currently open every Tuesday from 9pm-1am or later for Rebirth Tuesdays throughout November and December 2022.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are subject to change, but we usually have events from 9pm-2am.

Friday and Saturdays we will always open for late night events from 11pm-4:30am or later. If there is an early show, doors may open as early as 7pm.

Do you have designated parking or bike racks?

There is no designated parking. Street parking is limited. Uber/Lyft is encouraged. Bicycle racks are located outside the courtyard gate to the left of the main entrance.

What types of payment do you accept?

ONLY CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR FOR COVER FEES (EXCEPT FOR PREPAID TICKETS).

We have an ATM inside for patrons needing cash.

Our bar accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and Apply Pay.

Do you allow patrons under 21?

No. Our music venue is a 21+ establishment. Entry is permitted with proper ID only. Forms of ID we accept include: Federal or state ID card, state issued Driver's License, valid passport, and LA Wallet. No paper copies of ID will be accepted.

I think I lost an item at your venue. How do I recover it?

If you lose a personal item at our venue such as a phone, credit card, purse, etc., the fastest way to recover your item is to return to the venue during operating hours and ask one of our staff. If you cannot come in person, you may call and leave us a message at (504) 354-9709 and follow the instructions on our voicemail. Please note: it may take up to 7 days for us to respond to phone messages.

What is your bag policy?

Our venue allows most bags inside the venue. If you bring a large backpack, our security staff may request that you show the contents of your bag to verify you are not carrying weapons or other prohibited items.

What items are prohibited at your venue?

The Rabbit Hole strictly prohibits firearms of any kind, regardless of concealed weapon permits. Other prohibited items include illegal drugs, and alcoholic beverages that were not purchased at our venue. If you are found inside the venue with any of the items listed, you may be asked to leave.
